In these terms and conditions the following meanings will apply: The Company means Wiggles N Giggles, whose address is PO Box 110, Bredbury, Stockport, Cheshire, SK6 2ZG.  Customer means the person or company whose details are entered on any order or enquiry form on this website. Browser means any person accessing and using this website by means of software products enabling Internet connection. The Website means the website at www.wigglesngiggles.co.uk

The website is owned and operated by The Company and all contents and designs are copyright of The Company and its suppliers or agents. Browsers using the site are permitted limited rights to view and print the contents for personal use only and are prohibited from copying or reproducing or reusing any of the contents or designs in any medium for any other purpose, in particular but not exclusively for any commercial gain.

 

Prices

All prices shown exclude postage and packing charges unless otherwise stated. P&P charges are shown on the order form. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices relate to where the product is shown. Where two different prices are seen for the same product, the price you pay depends where the product(s) were ordered from e.g. catalogue or website. It is the customers responsibility to choose where to order from to obtain the lower price, no refunds can be given for pricing differences, unless this is agreed by Wiggles N Giggles PRIOR to purchase. Prices shown are in UK Pounds Sterling and will be billed in UK Pounds Sterling.

 

Payment and Personal Data Security

To facilitate effective processing of orders the Company offers secure payment facilities online, via the website and can accept payment by major credit cards or debit cards by this method. To this end cookies are used by the website server to track order details only and Customers are asked to accept these files from the website server. Personal details are encrypted during transmission and stored and used strictly in accordance with the Companies Data Protection Policy and will not be passed to any third party without your explicit permission.

 

Methods of Payment

Payment is of the essence of the contract and the Company will be relieved of any obligation under the contract if payment is not made in accordance with the contract terms. We accept Cash, Cheque's, Postal Orders, debt and credit card payments by internet ONLY and Bank Transfers (via Telephone/Internet Banking).  Please make cheques payable to Wiggles N Giggles.  All orders placed with Wiggles N Giggles must be paid before goods are dispatched.  If sending cash by post please send it by registered post.  Goods paid by cheque will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared. For bank transfers please use account number 06476169 and sort code 12-24-81.

 

Conditions of Contract

No contract will subsist between you The Customer and The Company for the sale of product(s) or service(s) to you, unless and until The Company accepts and confirms your order in writing or by email. The contract when formed will be deemed to have been concluded in Great Britain and will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. In the event that any clause within these terms is deemed at law to be unreasonable or unenforceable such clause will be deleted and such deletion will have no bearing on the validity or interpretation of the remaining clauses.

 

Cancellation

The contract will be non-cancellable by the Customer, once confirmed by the Company. Ordering mistakes by Customers with regard to (size, colour or specification for example) will not constitute grounds for cancellation. Notwithstanding, acceptance of cancellation by the Company in exceptional circumstances and any refund or part refund will be solely at the discretion of the Company.

 

Delivery

We aim to delivery products ordered from stock within 1 to 3 Working days however, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Orders from UK and The Channel Islands only.  Carriage costs will be charged at cost as indicated on the order and confirmed to the Customer with the order acknowledgement. Occasionally, we may split your order. All orders are sent in strong, plain protective packaging.  Orders are sent Next Day Delivery by Royal Mail for which we obtain a certificate of posting; however, we reserve the right to send your order by whatever method we choose. We can send your order by overnight carrier by prior arrangement only, additional charges for this method are to be paid by the customer.

 

Product Returns

If an item is unsuitable when you receive it, provided it is returned to us in 10 days in its original packaging and hygiene stickers are unbroken and not tampered with, we will be happy to exchange the item. For health, safety and hygiene reasons, love aids, creams, sprays, latex and underwear, once opened, used or worn these items cannot be exchanged, refunded or credited unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.  Please allow up to a maximum of 28 days for returned products to be dealt with. When returning any product please ensure you obtain a certificate of posting, this may be required by us, in the event of non-receipt.  To return items please contact us on 0161 292 6381 and a member of staff will advise you further.

 

Product Descriptions

We reserve the right to alter, withdraw or amend any description without prior notice, due mainly to manufacturers changes and improvements. It is sometimes necessary to send a substitute item or improved version of a product, if this is not acceptable to you, please notify us at the time of placing your order. Where dimensions and sizes are given, these are approximate. Colours and materials may differ slightly to those shown due to colour variations through electronic media and connection quality. If in doubt, please contact us before you order for clarification purposes.

 

Confidentiality

We do not sell, hire or rent any of your details to third parties. We may need to contact you from time to time, this will be by phone, fax, post or email, if you do not wish to be contacted please let us know and we will honour your request.

 

Data Protection Act

By submitting your order to us, means we will hold your details on our database for core business purposes only so that we can process your order. By submitting your order to us you are giving your consent for us to do this. You have our assurance that your details will not be sold, rented or hired to any third parties. Our catalogues are only sent to those we feel have genuinely requested them.   If you have received items of mail from us, that you did not request, please ring 0161 292 6381 and we will delete your details immediately.

 

Other Important Information

Placing an order with Wiggles N Giggles confirms to us that you are Over 18 years of age. On products that require batteries, you should remove the batteries when not in use to stop your item becoming corroded.  Always follow manufacturers instructions on products received. If you have any medical condition, STI’s, are taking medication, are pregnant or have any form of disability and you are in any doubt about a particular product, you should consult your GP or a qualified medical practitioner for their opinion before using any product. It is agreed that the purchaser takes full responsibility in law for any loss or injury caused by any product(s) purchased.   Wash products after use in warm soapy water, ensuring that the battery compartment is kept dry at all times.  Never share vibrators with others. Condoms should never be used more than once.

Some people can have a serious allergic reaction to latex. The onus is on the consumer to ensure that you do not have this problem.

 

Goods Sold As Novelty Only

We take no responsibility for any use or misuse of any item sold by Wiggles N Giggles. All items are sold as novelty only!  It is agreed that the purchaser takes full responsibility in law.

 

Notices

All communications in connection with the contract will be deemed to have been served if sent by ordinary mail to the Customers postal address or by email to the Customers email address, as notified to the Company by the Customer.
